Our Founder & CEO
Hi, I’m Jaromy Tagg — Founder of Liberty Fair Offer. I’m a Washington-native, Idaho-based real estate professional with an unconventional background. I started as a real estate entrepreneur shaped by hands-on, today’s practical, disciplined, and results-focused experience.
I didn’t come into real estate to become another pushy “cash buyer.” I saw firsthand how broken the industry can be for homeowners stuck in Washington and Idaho dealing with distressed or complicated properties.
My goal was simple: create a better, an honest, transparent process built on the values I hold. My real estate journey began unexpectedly. While running a guitar studio and teaching music, I started investing capital into property. During that time, a former tenant approached me about selling for a tidy rental portfolio following a family loss. Over the course of years, we acquired 64 units — laying the foundation for what would become a full-scale real estate operation.
Over the years, we’ve been involved in more than 500 property transactions across Washington and Idaho.
